Thank you for shopping with CutePickleballStuff.com.  We greatly appreciate your business and make every effort to offer you the best service possible.  All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.  Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.  If we are experiencing unusually high volumes or if our entire staff is away servicing professional tennis tournament orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to alert you.  We hate freight just as much as you do!  We attempt to offer the most cost-effective shipment options to our customers.  Our primary means of shipping to residential customers is USPS.  Large residential orders and most commercial orders will be shipped via UPS.  If you have specific shipping needs or concerns, please do not hesitate to call us.  We are happy to work with you as best we can.
